Not usually: Donepezil, a "memory enhancing " agent for alzheimers is not usually associated with any frank neuropsychiatric issues which would create a drunk or high sensation. Mostly issues involve nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, faintness from pulse slowing. Are other meds on board and are additional comorbidities present?

Ullikely/possible: Donezepil may cause nightmares if it is taken before going to sleep. Usually does not cause "high" but there may be individual differences in its effect.
