Yes: Spermacide, new dtergents, etc. Might try some Hydrocortisone cream and topical anesthetic if it's really bothering u and keel an eye out for ulcers or a yeast infection. If a contact dermatitis it is generally a broader location but whatever is occurring it it generally self limited. Good luck.
