Pretty unlikely: There are some physical complaints that seem more common in patients with stress or anxiety. This includes neck and shoulder pain and low back pain. While it is possible stress and/or anxiety may play a part, it is fairly uncommon for stress to cause constant leg pain. Consider another opinion or further testing. Thank you for your question.
