STD a possibility?: Could you be describing a sexually transmitted disease, like human papillomavirus (hpv)-related anal papillomas, condyloma lata (secondary syphilis), anal warts? Noninfectious concerns may include hydradenitis supprativa, kaposi's sarcoma, lymphoma, anal cancer, more. Don't delay getting diagnosed & treated, but please take precautions not to transmit to others if infection is indeed possible.
