Not implantation : Implantation bleeding, which is rare, usually occurs 6-8 days after ovulation. If this doesn't turn into a full period see your doctor.

Probably not: Neg preg test and bleeding the first day of your period, unlikely. However, check the upt again if u don't have a normal period.
