Semen analysis: Semen analysis is not a test of fertility rather an evaluation of production of sperm. Even with slight abnormalities fertility may not necessarily be affected. I'm assuming the numbers you are referring to pertain to morphology. If that is the case, those numbers are fine. The remaining numbers referring to count and motility are also important for full assessment.

Morphology: I would assume that these numbers are the who morphology from a semen analysis. These numbers look normal. What is not giving is the volume, concentration, motility, grade, and viability. These other parameters are important in terms of assessing the adequacy of sperm.
