Inflammatory strictu: Sounds like from your previous issues that you might have some anastomotic problems, like a small contained leak now with perhaps a small abscess and inflammatory changes around your anastomosis...Typically unless there are some problems with the anastomosis people don't have the issues 15 days out you described now and in your previous post. Follow up with your surgeon and his/her team.
