Unlikely: If you had been taking your birth control consistently prior to stopping, it generally takes two weeks to ovulate and another two weeks after that to have a positive pregnancy test. You may be feeling breast tenderness , pelvic fullness or other symptoms associated with ovulation as your body is preparing to do that again.
