Acetaminophen: Acetaminophen (tylenol) is an excellent medicine for reducing fever. Ibuprofen works well also. If your fever is over 100.1f and isn't responding to medication, you should see your doc.

Keep it simple: Use an antipyretic such as Aspirin or tylenol, (acetaminophen) as directed. Drink plenty of fluids. If fever persist, or exceeds 104 f, contact your doctor. Don't hesitate to seek help if your fever is associated with stiff neck or severe headache. Good luck.
