So many!: There are so many medications that can be used in conjunction with antidepressants, such as lithium, olanzapine, thyroid hormone, fish oil, l-methyl folate, (folic acid) and antidepressant combinations. Psychotherapy along with medication are often more effective than either alone. It's best to consult with you physician to get a personalized answer to your question.

Psychotic depression: Major depression with psychotic features or severe agitation are the only conditions i would add antipsychotics to augment the antidepressants. Any antipsychotic is a potentially useful drug to add. Those mentioned in your question have fda approval, but off label use of the others are effective, too. An old combo triavil, has been around 50yrs.
