Wait and see: It sounds like whatever was there was scratched off, on purpose or by accident. It could have been a tick as well. Wash the area, and keep it clean. Monitor the site for any redness around the area. If any develops, go see your doctor. If there is a recurrent mole or skin lesion, get it checked by your doctor. If nothing develops, them no worries.
