Shave biopsy, excise: Need to have it excisionally biopsied, if it is in a place difficult to see. It is always safer to have a dermatologist or primary care physician do a shave biopsy to make sure all is well.

Should be ok: if part of a mole you scratched came off, you may have irritated the skin in the area. I would avoid picking or scratching the region and if it starts hurting or bleeding or pus comes from it, I would see your doctor about it.
