No: Unless there is a life threatening illness or if no suitable substitute exists to treat a serious medical condition, Imuran (azathioprine) should not be used during pregnancy. There are five categories of drugs used during pregnancy ranked a (no risk), b, c, d, x (severe risk). Imuran (azathioprine) is category d.

No: No you cannot. In fact, Imuran (azathioprine) needs to be discontinued at least three months before attempting pregnancy.
