Lots of factors: If you are seeing it after a bowel movement, it could be hemorrhoids. Visible in your urine it could be contractions or a uti. Bleeding may also occur for 2-3 days after sex or an office vaginal exam. If can also occur with a low lying placenta or placenta previa. You really need to call your OB today and discuss this even if its after hours, since some of these issues can be serious.
