See a doctor: it could be a simple irritation from the sex, like polyp in the cervix can cause bleeding it could be a hormona lchanges. your best action to go and see a GYN, for examination,and explanation. if the sex was rough, then it could injury to the vagina and still need to see a doctor. good luck
