Bad allergies!: Sounds like you had a strong skin test result. Call the allergist's office and speak with the staff or on call doctor, even if it is after hours/holiday. Usual advice would be to start taking Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 2-3x a day until it is better, and put some topical steroids on it. Warm compress can help.
