24 Hours: Most primarily closed wounds can be wet after 24 hours of healing. Don't specifically wash the area, however, as it has no strength to the scar being formed for a bit longer.

Showering: I would recommend placing waterproof bandaids over your portals to prevent water seepage and lessen chance for infection.
