YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: Contact of the penis with the female patient at any time can lead to pregnancy. Sperm are ever present in the male genital tract. Pre-ejaculatory excitement and release of "pre-cum" very well may contain sperm and if contact is made any where near the female genital tract, pregnancy may occur. Be responsible, be smart, and be prepared. Sexual activity is a major responsibility. Act on it!
