my kidneys were very painful & went to er. they told me it was due to dehydration. how long will it take for them to feel 100%? rest of test were neg.

Unlikely: Kidneys do not hurt in dehydration. Kidneys hurt only if there is a stone or there is infection. The dehydration will resolve with fluid intake.
