Cyst: This could be many things, a cyst, adhesion (normally if you've had previous surgery) or a small spot of endometriosis. You would be able to get more clear answers after a more thorough discussion of your symptoms, an exam and an ultrasound or other test if needed.

Pelvic pain: This pain that is non menstrual related could be musculskeletal in origin, more of a referred pain. Pain from any organ in the pelvis can radiate pain to the right side, in the absences of bladder or bowel symptoms i see muscle spasms as a common cause.
