How can i know if i can make a baby and when is it most possible for me to make a baby if i have a 44 cycle?

Testing: One cand get tests to tell if they are ovulating. A basal body thermometer can be used on a daily basis to also tell if ovulation occurs. Irregular cycles don't necessarily mean one cannot get pregnant. If there are no physical problems with infeciton, scarring, blockage or metabolic or endocriine diseases, then pregnancy is very possible. You may wish to see an ob/gyn/fertility md.
