What over-the-counter medicine can i take for a bad cold that would work with coumadin (warfarin) and insulin?

Antihistamines&tylen: Anti-histamines, such as benadryl, and tylenol (acetaminophen) are available over the counter and can help symptoms of a cold. They are not always successful. These medication won't interfere with Coumadin or insulin.
