Patients with tubal disease, endometriosis, low sperm count, older patients, patients who failed other treatment options, patient with certain medical conditions who want a family but can't carry the pregnancy. Patients who are able to use their own eggs can use an egg donor. Male partners building their families. These are some of the reason.
