Right index pain: Could be a problem of nerve pressure on the nerves going to the hand from the neck area. This is called radicular pain that is from pressure on the nerve in the neck area.

Right arm: Shoulder and arm pain associated with index finger tingling may represent a 6th cervical nerve problems or an upper trunk brachial plexus problem. A nerve problem from the neck called a radiculopathy is much more common. Conservative care will usually resolve your symptoms. Would have evaluated by neurologist, physiatrist, or spine surgeon.
