Right arm: Shoulder and arm pain associated with index finger tingling may represent a 6th cervical nerve problems or an upper trunk brachial plexus problem. A nerve problem from the neck called a radiculopathy is much more common. Conservative care will usually resolve your symptoms. Would have evaluated by neurologist, physiatrist, or spine surgeon.
