Let's find out: Acne on the back and chest especially in a female will usually require systemic treatment. The oral contraceptive pill, if you can take it, may help, or an oral antibiotic as appropriate (tetracycline, erythromycin) may be required; a topical agent such as benzoyl peroxide is also helpful. The acne, or sweating itself, or some other cause may account for the itching.
