Unlikely: You may well have been pregnant and had a very early miscarriage. My suggestion would be to call your obgyn and have him/her order a blood-based, or serum, pregnancy test. It will confirm whether you are pregnant or not, but won't necessarily confirm whether the pregnancy is healthy until you do a second such test and see an appropriate rise in hcg, the hormone that is measured in these tests.

Pregnancy ?: EPT testing is not accurate if one's menses are only a few days "late". If your period does not occur in the next week or so, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.

Blood test for HCG: Unless you have already had a period, it would be useful to get a blood test for HCG level to settle the issue. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine
