Mantle cell lymphoma: Is a less common b-cell disease in the non-hodgkin's lymphoma group. It tends to be advanced stage when diagnosed, and can have a propensity to involve both the gut and skin. About 20% of cases behave indolently, and treatment is quite effective at diagnosis. Late relapses are common, and treatment is more challenging the second time around.
