No: Alcohol is known to lower eye pressure, but in population studies drinking was not related to or a risk factor for glaucoma. Heavy fluid intake quickly could theoretically raise eye pressure temporarily.

It can: Alcohol will lower your eye pressure, but the effect does not last as long as the drops we prescribe.

It depends: Alcohol in any form lowers the eye pressure for about 6 hours, but then raises it for about 18 hours. If you are going to be tested for glaucoma, you should avoid any alcohol for at least a day before your exam.
