Probably not heart: Risk of heart attack in an 18 y/i is nearly zero. Upper abdominal pain can often be interchangeable with lower chest pain too. Gas pain could be a possibility but there could be several like irritable bowel, gallbladder etc. If it continues you may need to see a doctor.
