A member asked:

I have restless arms and legs bad and the only thing that really helped is acupuncture. i can't afford that and mirapex (pramipexole) don't help much anymore?

Might consider: The Neupro (rotigotine) patch, ropinorole, or carbidopa-levodopa, or clonazepam. Seek out a neurologist to see if one of these might work for you. Also, you might check if you have a problem with iron metabolism, and check a ferritin level.
