2-4 hib, 3-4 Prevnar (pneumococcal vaccine): Two different hib vaccines exist. One is given at 2, 4, and 6 months with a 4th dose at 12-15 months. The other is given at 2, 4, and 12-15 months. Both work great. Prevnar (pneumococcal vaccine) is given at 2, 4, 6, and 12-15 months.
