Tylenol (acetaminophen): Tylenol (acetaminophen) or generic equivalent too can help. However, time and warmth are the 2 best treatments.

Rosy Cheeks: Cold air/wind and snow can cause red, blotchy skin. Sometimes, exercise and activity can also cause the same thing whether it's warm or cold. Some good lotion with sunscreen should be fine. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is likely not needed nor useful in this case. If it persists, have her pediatrician evaluate it.
