Bleeding : In general, yes, though ssris. , zoloft, (sertraline) can promote easy bruising. Bleeding times should be periodically checked to be sure you have adequate anticoagulant values. Prothrombin times. Caution with Aspirin or nsaids, too.

Concurrent use of zoloft (sertraline) with warfarin (coumadin) can increase inr (risk of bleeding) via multiple mechanisms. However, assuming no other concurrent medications (than those listed) &/or medical conditions, this combination may be safe with close physician monitoring.
