Could be many things: Symptoms of queasiness, achiness (such as headaches, sore throat, body aches), malaise (general feeling of discomfort), and mild fevers are called "flu-like" symptoms. From a doctor's perspective, these symptoms "could be anything", because so many conditions have these symptoms as early signs. A primary care doctor can evaluate in 1-2 days, or right away if a patient is worried.

Malaise: Malaise can be for various reasons. If this is something new likely causes would be some type of viral process or a UTI. Lack of sleep can be cause for fatigue too.
