Abdominal pain: Lower abdominal pain can be for various reasons. Appendicitis, diverticulitis, infectious, ischemic or inflammatory colitis. Renal and GU problems such as kidney stone, UTI or reflux. Gyn problems such as ovarian cyst or ectopic pregnancy.
