Irritated scalp: The bleach probably caused an irritation of the scalp. Generally it tells you that the ingredients in the bleaching material is pretty harsh and you may have an allergy to some component of the bleach. Let your scalp rest and keep an eye on it. If it isn't improving consider seeing a dermatologist to help your poor scalp.
