I can take 3 showers a day and have been tested for bacterial type infections for years results are always negative why cant i wear panties (any fabric) and not have an odor once i take them off?

Vaginosis: You may have recurrent vaginosis and may need antibiotics. A low pressure acidic douch may help but you may need metro gel 1-2 x per week for prophylaxis. Sometimes you can get hyper sensitized if your worried. Sorry about your situation but get evaluated and ask for metro gel vaginal for 1-2 time per week prophylaxis.

Vaginal odor: First let me tell you that i always recommend women take off the panties at night when not on their period. There are bacteria on the skin and in the anal region that can cause vaginal infections and odor. Clean cool air helps decrease their growth. In addition, your vaginal ph (acid level) may be off causing some odor. Maybe have your doc do a wet prep and cultures to see what the issue is.
