Not regularly: Periods follow about 2 weeks after ovulation if you're not pregnant, so no periods are a sign of not ovulating. If you have irregular periods/ no periods and are trying to conceive see a reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist for testing to find out why, and treatment to help you ovulate. If not ttc you can go from no period to pregnant if you ovulate once so still use birth control.
