See a doctor: Vaginal pain is common with yeast infections, particularly treated with over-the-counter medications. The coloration and discomfort can reflect many different types of infections as well as trauma, or immune responses again to these medications. See your doctor to be assessed particularly if it lasts more than a day or two.
