Few weeks: Lymph nodes react to local inflammation or infection. The first thing to check is that you actually did get all the lice out and there aren't a few poking around in there, causing ongoing issues. Assuming they are all out, a lymph node can last several weeks, until the inflammatory cycle has played out.
