See a doctor: Both you and your wife should see the doctors your wife should see a gynecologist who specializes in infertility and you should see a urologist who also specializes in infertility. You will need to have a complete semen analysis to determine the cause of infertility and your wife will need a complete gynecological examination.

Many reasons ...: The most common causes are: low egg supply (diminished ovarian reserve), problems with ovulation including polycystic ovarian syndrome (pcos), hormonal problems like thyroid or prolactin issues, damaged or blocked fallopian tubes, endometriosis, fibroids or polyps inside the uterus, and sperm problems.
