Maybe: The research is currently a bit inconclusive on these issues. Some research suggests a link and other articles challenge the scientific method/conclusions of these papers. However, since there is possible link to an increased risk of seizures it is still currently recommended by most healthcare professionals & evening primrose oil manufacturers that those with seizure disorders avoid using it.
