Off label: Fda approved for dementia it also can be used off label for delirium induced by antipsychotic for brief duration.

Aricept (donepezil): Off label, still under testing, for vascular dementia, for sleep apnea in alzheimer's disease, post-coronary bypass cognitive impairment, schizophrenia, adhd, cognitive impairment in multiple sclerosis & down syndrome, & speech impairment in autistic kids.
