Yes: It is common to have blurred vision with dry eye. Try artificial tears, ointment at night, warm compresses, and omega-3 fatty acids. If no improvement, see an eye doctor.

Yes: The tear film coating the cornea is the most important focusing portion of the visual system. Anything that disrupts this surface, including dry eye disease will blur your vision.
