Depends: Long toes are usually not an issue unless there is associated pain or shoewear problems. If long, slender fingers are also seen, sometimes connective tissue diseases can be present. In his case, an evaluation by a healthcare professional may be in order.

It depends....: If they are not causing any pain or discomfort, leave them alone. If they are causing pain or discomfort, they can be shortened.
