Stomach and back pain after eating too much. What can I do to alleviate the pain?

Eat less: While this could be due to a number of causes, the obvious solution is not to eat so much as to cause pain. If this happens regularly (or with modest amounts of food), see your doctor or a GI specialist for a specific diagnosis and treatment. Meanwhile, maybe try an antacid.
