Extend elbow and med: If your symptoms are mild, then consider a "reversed elbow pad" at night and otc anti-inflammatories such as Motrin or aleve (naproxen). The reversed elbow pad prevents excessive elbow flexion at night and by putting the padding along the back prevents direct pressure on the nerve during the day. A formal brace and stronger medications (oral steroids) can also be tried.
