Highly unlikely: If the tooth had an infection and you touched your eyes, you could transmit the infection to your eyes and i guess theoretically, if left untreated, you could go blind, but that possibility is remote.

??????: Not sure i understand your question. If you take home an extracted tooth and avoid putting the tooth into your eye it is highly improbable that it would have any effect on your vision, .
