Depends: Treatment of ingrown nail consist of toe- ring block ( local anasthetic) followed by partial or total nail excision and debridement. This process can range between 15 to 45 min.

The procedure to : Remove an ingorwn toenail is quick, easy and painless (the 2 little shots you get to numb the toe are really minor). There is usually zero pain afterwards, and you should be able to wear your stilettos right away.
