Soak in warm water : And epsom salt, then apply a topical antibiotic (bacitracin, triple antibiotic ointment.) do this twice a day. If it does not get better after a day or 2 see a doctor for an oral antibiotic. (best to see a podiatrist as more of the nail may have to be removed.).
